OUR POLICY INFORMATION

We founded A & A Custom Creations with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to A & A Custom Creations. Read our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

T-SHIRTS

UPDATE: We have started transitioning to a new supplier for our t-shirts.  Please continue to use the below sizing charts when purchasing a t-shirt UNLESS there is a sizing chart in the product description you are interesting in purchasing.  If there is a sizing chart in the product description, please use that chart as it is the chart for our new supplier.  A&A Custom Creations is not responsible for apparel that does not fit appropriately.  When in doubt, please reach out to confirm the correct sizing chart to utilize for your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.  Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

WINDOW DECALS

Many of our images can be turned into a window decal.  If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us and we will add your custom design.    NOTE: A & A Custom Creations reserves the right to maintain all images created by our staff to sell on our website.

PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER

If you have any special requests, please contact us before placing your order.  We will work with you one on one to design the perfect item.

Custom orders take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery depending on time of year / season.  If time is of the essence, we may outsource your order to a third party printer to meet your individual needs.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Important Details

We use USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers.  Once we bring your order to the carrier for delivery, we are not responsible for delays and/or damages which occur during shipping. If time is of the essence, you can pay for priority or express shipping.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping regardless of the shipping method selected.

Your order comes with insurance to cover any shipping damages.   All shipping concerns must be addressed directly with the carrier dirwectly.  If you file a claim for damages, we will happily create a new item at your expense since you will be reimbursed by the carrier for your damaged item.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Details to Know

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.  If you provide a cell number at the time you place your order, we will send you photos of your order to approve as we progress through each stage of its creation.  We are not responsible for any delays in shipping and will not offer refundes for shipping delays.    

READY TO SELL (RTS) ITEMS

Due to the custom nature of our work, our stock of Ready To Sell (RTS) items is limited.  You may purchase in stock items, but they cannot be personalized.  If you want to customize an RTS item, click on the Custom Orders tab and place your order.  RTS items ship within 72 hours.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are just that, custom orders.  You choose your item, color, images, etc.

By submitting your order, you agree to ALL A&A Custom Creations policies and agree to be bound by them.

Create your own items - You can submit an idea to us and we will create an image for you to place on one of our items at no additional cost.  NOTE: A&A Custom Creations retains ownership of all images we create and reserve the right to add this design to our collection for use by future customers.

 

We have an air purifier running around the clock to keep the air pure while your order is processed. 

 

As hard as we try to produce a perfect product, occasionally our hand made items have imperfections.  These imperfections never alter the quality of your product.  The most common imperfection is a speck of glitter on a non-glitter item.   

 

In some instances, we can alter the color of an image to meet your specific need.  Please contact us with any special requests. 

​

Substitute item design based on market availability means the individual style of the item you are ordering.  Occasionally our primary supplier is out of stock on the items we use and we must purchase from a secondary supplier for our needs.

 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. 

 

Rush orders may be accepted on a case by cases basis for an additional fee.

We request a minimum of 4 months notice for wedding and large orders.   Rush orders may be accommodated depending on size of order and time of year.  Please contact us to discuss your specific need.

Volume discounts available for large orders on a case by case basis.

​

Ordering multiple items of the same kind does not guarantee they will be identical.  Each item is hand made and slight variations will occur.

​

If your tumbler becomes damaged, please stop using it immediately and contact us.  In some instances, we can repair your product.

​

Prices subject to change without notice. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to technical issues beyond our control that cause an error during the order process.  We will contact you immediately to notify you of any such errors.

IMAGES

Our images are intended to be placed on the items we sell and will not be individually sold.  

​

If you would like to change the color of an image, please contact us with your request.

​

If you would like to create an item with several smaller images, please contact us to discuss pricing options.

​

A & A Custom Creations reserves the right to add a border to any/all images to ensure your item is visually appealing.

​

Many of our images can be put on our glass drinkware or converted to a window decal.  If you have questions, please contact us.

TUMBLER/DRINKWARE CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All You Need to Know

All drinkware is hand wash in warm water only.  They are absolutely NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.  Do not drop your drinkware or expose it to extremely hot or cold temperatures, such as a freezer or hot car.  If your item becomes damaged, please stop using it immediately and contact us.  In some instances, we can repair your product (exclusions apply for glassware).
